For the first time in my life, I decided to buy a home. When I began looking at homes I stumbled across Abrazo Homes. The quality of a brand new home with a warranty and a team of caring professionals, like Larry, Jaron, Brie and Mackenzie, was much more appealing to me than purchasing an older home with uncertain history. My family and I found a floor plan that would work for our multi-generational mix and we also love the location. We chose a plan in the community of Mariposa, Rio Rancho. The environment is calm, clean, safe and healing. There are no better sunsets and sunrises anywhere near the area.Throughout the entire process, especially working with Larry and Jaron, every time I had a questions or a concern I was met with impeccable care and an immediate response. I LOVE the superior quality of the home, the location, the community and that we did not have any issues with the builder, Abrazo Homes. The process went well and even when I struggled through other difficult processes, unrelated to the builder, they were patient and always made me feel valued and appreciated. Here's the deal... Building a home is a very complicated process. Due to regulation, safety, material availability, labor pool, trade scheduling, weather, and much more, it is amazing that a quality home gets built in the first place. You throw in bureaucratic red tape, and it is a downright miracle. The mark of a good (dare I say great) builder is how they handle these obstacles and still satisfy the customer. Abrazo does it beautifully. If you're expecting zero bumps, you're unrealistic. If you want a professional organization to navigate you through the bumps, go to Abrazo. Simple as that. The homes are stellar and the people are friendly, professional, and competent. Post-occupancy service is also top notch. We had a couple concerns come up (with 3rd party products) and their warranty process is refreshingly simple.''The floorplan is wonderful. Open and inviting. We love it. The front elevation puts a smile on my face every time I come home. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. Great people. Specifically, Warren, Brie, Mackenzie and Jaron.

I appreciated Sara Varga so much! She would inform me of everything as we went through the process. She was on top of everything at all times. If she didn't have the answer she would find out and relay the information to me. The color appointment was so fun, the decision making, and the ability to look at the color, etc., was exciting. It made it more real that I was getting what I wanted. After the choices and seeing it in real life was so awesome. The ability to go through multiple walk throughs was great! I have spoken to many who built their homes, and they were surprised on what I was able to do. Now that I moved in, Tim has been a blessing. When I call him about an issue, Tim is responsive and makes sure I am happy with the results. Tim is great to have as a Warranty Person. He is very dedicated to making sure the homeowner is satisfied with what Abrazo Homes has made. I really appreciate Tim. Overall, I am so pleased that I purchased my home through Abrazo! We did a lot of looking around to see what was out there before we selected Abrazo, and we absolutely couldn't be happier with our choice.We started our project with the same people that we finished it with, from Jeremy, Chris, Seth and the amazingly talented Brie at the Design Center. Jeremy sent us weekly videos of our house project, and let us come every week for a standing appt to see the progress on our house being built, always ready to answer a TON of questions. It was such an amazing experience, and it let everyone in the family really get to fully involved in the construction of a new chapter of our lives. Jeremy and Seth are staples in the neighborhood, they are vested in making it beautiful and really having a connection with the families lives that they touch, and that shows in their dedication and the amazing product that they give you in the end.Standards in Abrazos homes are a pretty choice! The tankless water heater is probably one of my favorite features, as well as the automation on the lighting in the house, pest control, automated watering system for the yard, IT cabinet for media, I mean really... the list goes on....We have been in our house since December, it came out 100x better than what we were even expecting and we are just so in love with our house. It truly is our forever home and we can't say enough good things about this company or the people that work for it! You can't go wrong with Abrazo!

My spouse and I have had the pleasure to work with Abrazo homes, who built our home in the Peaks community of Mariposa in Rio Rancho. From our first warm welcome from Larry Stapp, our sales rep to the support we have received from Denise on the Service team, everything went very smoothly. We chose Abrazo for the detailed build and design that was included in the base price. We are very pleased with our appliances, the quietness of our home and the other amenities that were included. We worked with Bri at the Design Center to add our own touches and she was very helpful in assisting us with colors, textures and the overall design of the interior. Jaron, our building supervisor, is VERY knowledgeable about the Abrazo product and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns we had.As with any building project, there were a couple of delays, but these were very minimal. Larry communicated with us weekly if not more frequently. He was readily available when we would 'drop in' to look at the progress, making time to join us to view our home.This is the second home we have built in our lives, and compared to our first home, this process was so easy. We attribute this to the Abrazo team. They are honest, willing to help in any way, responsible and accountable. We would highly recommend them.

This was honestly a completely different type of buying experience. Prior to working with Abrazo, making a purchase has always been a 'me vs them' type of mentality. Abrazo blew me away with their sincerity of giving me the best home possible for my needs. It was obvious when working with Larry Stapp and Jaron Oliver that it was not a 'me vs. them'. I honestly was expecting a little bit of a battle when trying to get some things corrected that I pointed out throughout the building process, but that was not the case. The Abrazo team was great from the start. The response with brochures etc. came quickly and an appointment with a sales rep was scheduled. We had the pleasure of working with Larry Stapp. His honesty, professionalism and knowledge helped make our decision. With coordinating efforts from Larry, Brie, Jaron, Denise and others purchasing our home from miles away was made easier. We did run into some 'uncontrollable' snags towards the end (weather, contractors, inspections) but that is to be expected when you build a home. At all times, the team was always 'on top of things.' From weekly video updates to being able to walk the property at a moments notice; their customer service is second to none.After we moved in we had a few very minor problems and they were fixed within a day to 2 days. We recently purchased a Tiffany floor plan in Mariposa and had nothing but fabulous experiences working with them. Our home was a spec home so we missed the up front design process, but from the point we committed (framing finished), Abrazo never disappointed us.You can count on Abrazo to build a quality home and work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Even though the design was complete they did everything they could to integrate several design features we really wanted. During construction, we received weekly updates on build progress, we were offered the opportunity to walk the house with Larry as often as we wanted, and things were done exactly to the schedule provided. Not only is the house everything we wanted, we have lived here for 4 weeks and have found outstanding workmanship and the few details needing attention were taken care of promptly. The energy efficiency of this home is a very pleasant surprise. This home holds its temperature almost regardless of what is happening outside. Very Impressive Abrazo!We can also recommend Mariposa as a community. Living here has proven to be an extra special bonus. The people are friendly, the area is stunning in its beauty, and the overall lifestyle is exceptional.Should you choose Abrazo as a builder, you can expect to get the best value of all the Mariposa builders. We thoroughly investigated Raylee, DR Horton, and Twilight prior to committing to Abrazo. Our choice was based upon feedback like this, as well as the extras offered by Abrazo. While the extras in and of themselves may be small (Mariposa PID paid off, blinds, smart home features, lower lot premium, LED lights, 8' front door, maple cabinets...). They add up to a significant benefit over other builders ($20k+). The blinds are good quality and in the midst of a life changing move, it was so nice to not have to worry about moving into a house with uncovered windows. Couple all of this with outstanding customer service and a quality product and you have a winning business model.We can say with certainty that you will be delighted with Abrazo as a builder.

Our journey to an Abrazo home began in Alaska. We were planning on retiring and looking for warmer climes. My wife is from New Mexico so the Land of Enchantment was on our list of possible places. The internet was our first research tool. We looked at possible sites and and possible builders. Abrazo and Rio Rancho quickly captured our attention for both location and quality of homes.
